Ready to Apply?

Before you fill this out, make sure you've read the House Rules in full. This isn't a formality — it's the best way to know quickly whether this is the right fit for your family. If it feels overwhelming rather than exactly what you've been hoping for, we won't be offended if you decide to look elsewhere. We know you’re looking for the perfect place. We’re also looking for the perfect tenant, who understands why we have these rules and has been searching for just this type of environment.

This application asks what we need to evaluate your ability to pay, your rental history, and your readiness to live within the property's rules. It does not ask about, and you are not required to disclose, any medical condition, diagnosis, or disability.

What happens after you apply: We'll review your application, verify income and rental history, and follow up to schedule a call. If it looks like a good mutual fit, we'll walk you through move-in logistics, including the linen and clothing prep described in the House Rules.

We have only one rental, and we do not expect it to be available very often. It will be difficult for us to select one renter from the long list of applications we anticipate.  We will let you know whether you have been selected, and if not, will give you the opportunity to be put onto our waiting list for the next time the rental becomes available.
